01. Service Overview

BDRIVE ENTERPRISE provides professional designated driver (chauffeur) services within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor (the ?Service?). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

BDRIVE ENTERPRISE 在吉隆坡和雪兰莪境内提供专业的代驾（私人司机）服务。使用我们的服务即表示您同意本条款。

02. User Responsibilities

Valid Insurance & Road Tax

Users must ensure the vehicle has valid insurance and up-to-date road tax. BDRIVE drivers assume no liability for pre-existing vehicle defects.

用户必须确保车辆拥有有效的保险和路税。BDRIVE 司机不对车辆原有的缺陷承担责任。

Legal Ownership

You must be the legal owner or have explicit authorization to use the vehicle provided for the Service.

您必须是合法车主或拥有使用该车辆的明确授权。

03. Fees & Cancellations

  • Base Fare covers up to 15KM of travel. (标准收费涵盖最远 15 公里)
  • Wait times exceeding 10 minutes incur additional charges. (超过 10 分钟的等待将产生额外费用)
  • Cancellations within 10 minutes of driver arrival may incur a cancellation fee. (司机抵达后 10 分钟内取消可能产生取消费用)

04. Limitation of Liability

BDRIVE ENTERPRISE and its drivers shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
除已证实的重大过失外，BDRIVE ENTERPRISE 及其司机不对因使用本服务而产生的任何间接、偶然或后果性损害承担责任。
